This blog post is in dedication to some of my lovely lady co-workers. We had a very fun holiday party yesterday evening and our “party planning committee” succeeded with flying colors. To decorate the bar we opted for giant snowflakes made from recycled engineering plans (we’re talking some big snowflakes).

Anyway, I tried to be something of a paper-cutting-mentor for the snowflake making team, offering up tips and techniques (and encouragement). So in honor of all those hardworking office elves here is a little snowflake tutorial for everyone to enjoy.

Just remember, pro-snowflaking takes a lot of patience and tons of practice!
